FAQ:

Q. Can I fish with a spinning rod and lures?

A. Short answer yes. Long answer, It is called a flyathlon as the focus is around fly fishing and we encourage you to give it a go. The plan is to have a fishing guide on the river offering some free advice but they will be a fly guide. Yes if you want to spin you can still enter, however there is no bait fishing allowed, only lures. Depending on levels of spin casters you may be competing in a seperate category or you may just be competing for one overall category. You are still eligible for smallest and biggest fish categories also.

If you have a question get in touch. I will build this section out as questions arise.
